Had a First Sergent tell me that after 5 days he couldn't get out of bed. Thought that sounded like something i was interested in, and here i am. Going to spend the next 5 days researching and working the warm up into my workout, then it's full steam ahead, knockin' on pukies door askin' if he can come out and play. The site is great and yes i know, i didn't need to post this i'm just excited to start the program and seeing my name on the website is really cool.

Welcome Travis:

Work hard, stay safe, come home, and kick butt in between.

we were attempting pull-ups with kips last night, we got the "typical" strange look everyone was talking about, especially considering me and my lifting buddy are both over 220#, one guy even came over and attempted to hold the cable machine stable for us, the kip is a little elusive, we could both find it for a few reps then it would lose us and we would be left flapping. practice makes perfect. thanks for the welcome!
