Hopefully not too bad for only being 18.

I don't have my log in front of me so other then just max outs I don't have a whole lot, but I'm going to post what I have anyways.

Snatch: 185
Clean & Jerk: 235
Deadlift: 495
Bench: 225
Backsquat: 315

Angie: 21:35 (Had to do GH situps)

I'll hopefully remember to grab my log next time I go lift, so I can keep this more updated. I'm 18 by the way, just graduated last May, going to school for my Associates in Fire Science.

Snatched 190, felt pretty good. Did Ryan in 21:19, had to do muscle-ups with a pull up bar though, no rings. Comletely destroyed my hands, again though, felt good.

Re: Hopefully not too bad for only being 18.

Nov. 15
Lumberjack twenty
37:47
Was off for about ten days 'cause of a shoulder injury, glad to be back though.

Nov. 16
5x3
Split Jerk
145, 165,185,205,225 and did two reps at 235 but caught it poorly going down to do my third and lost it.

5x3
Front squat
145,165,185,225,235

Then did 200m runs, with 30 seconds of rest up to 1.5 miles later in the night.

Any got any feedback? Would love to hear some advice or improvements I can make. Thanks.
