Well you already have a very good strength/bodyweight ratio. I see your deadlift 1RM is very close to your squat 1RM, so I don't think your squat needs particular work but you should definitely get your DL to 2.5 x bodyweight. Aiming at a 80kg snatch and 100kg c&j would be perfect !

yea i think my Squat and DL havent dropped off much eventhough i havent been working out for more than 6 months.

i think once i get a Squat rack, i'll work on heavy Squats again like before. Nowadays i can only Squat what i can pull off the floor and put overhead.

Last time i think i almost had a 2.5x bw DL, i think getting 2.5x bw for reps would be my target now.

80kg Snatch is interesting. right now i think technique is the limiting factor for my Snatch numbers. I manage to Snatch 62.5kg just yesterday. And i Cleaned 80kg aswell.
