Kevin's log: Hit the Ground Runnin'

Well I have done a lot of talking in the past. Setting goals and saying things that i didnt follow through on.

I have since gone through basic training with the Air Force and have shown myself once again that the best way to lead, is by example. So i am going to talk very little, and just do the work. That way i dont over promise myself, because really i am the one that has to look in the mirror every morning and decide if im going to do the right thing. No one else has that control, and i want to see where i can take it.

This last week,
Monday
Cindy: 14 rounds in 20 minutes

Friday:
Fran: 7:05 at 65lbs instead of 95

Current BW: 190 lbs at 5'9''

Sumo deadlift highpulls at 50ish pounds(used 25lb plates on the crooked curl bar) 10 rep with 10 reps dips(no rings available)

7 set for time

1.8 mile run 11:06
1 min pushups: 68
1 min situps:56



wednesday 18feb
pullup minute sets
9 rounds = 45 pullups
short of my goal of 10, but leave that for next time

mandatory AF pt, 80 pushups 40 situps 40 leg lifts 3.8 mile run in about 50 minutes.

Mandatory pt, 80 pushups, 20 diamond pushups, 6 situps, 3.5 mile run

Tuesday
Pt test day,
71 pushups/1 min , 59situps/1min, 1.8 miles in 10:20

sunday
did a modified helen, mainly cause like most gyms there are way to many people in the way to be running all over the place

i did 40 burpees for each 400m 35 plate swings and all the pullups in each round
16:15 sounds slow, but i felt it thats for sure.

been busy doing a parade after classes, and madatory pt, but did 21 sets of the 5 pullups 5 dips and 12 situps yesterday
