265 Clean from High Blocks

265 Clean

Very gradually growing more comfortable with this movement. This was a PR from blocks of this height and is only 10 pounds off my PR from the floor.

To my eye it looks pretty good, and it felt really easy today when I did it. As always though I'm open for feedback.

Re: 265 Clean from High Blocks

At that bar height, your chest should still be over the bar more with the shins back. Drag the bar up a couple more inches before starting the second pull. Nice lift.
