Rogue Customer Service

You might get tired of reading these threads because they seem to be pretty common, but I feel that it bears repeating.

I have a Rogues Echo timer in my garage gym and it went bizerk late last week. I sent an email to Rogue support over the weekend. Today I sent them a short video of exactly what the clock is doing and they promptly shipped a new one out.

Another instance of excellent customer service from this company. Thanks Rogue.
