A while back Spealler posted this link (sfw) to the 20 rep squat program he was following. I started shorts after and absolutely loved the results I saw. Strength, power, muscular endurance and hypertrophy and it's a realistically short sessions compared to what I typically do. Make sure you're getting enough quality calories in if you try this because you will be smoked afterward.

I winder if I could do this instead of the 5x10 squats in the 5/3/1 BBB program.

Bad idea.

20 rep squats is meant as a stand-alone program and will tax you way too much if you're trying to add them on top of your 5/3/1 squats and pulls.

The reason BBB 5x10 isn't too bad is because you're only doing those sets at 50-60% of your training max.
