Re: Gymnastic Ring training Programs?

GoldMedalBodies.

EatMoveImprove ala board member Steve Low. You'll find him more over on the reddit forum for OvercomingGravity than anywhere else these days.

GymnasticBodies. Like GMB, the current programs are modules. I'm not even sure if you can buy Ring Training without finishing at least Level 1 or 2 of the Foundations and Handstand module. You can buy the original book in pdf as I'm not sure it's still in print. There is a bit of programming in the book and the module and progressions programming is different these days.

If you don't have the financial means to purchase any of these books or modules you could look into Steve Low's article that started his work on OG.

Or you could try and figure out what the Killroy70 program on GymnasticBodies was. Not exactly easy because of how GymnasticBodies renames certain movements or abbreviates them.

Re: Gymnastic Ring training Programs?

I am not stating that GMB is the best program.

I believe in a customized program per the individual. This takes trial and error though.

However, it can be convenient to just buy a program and follow it.
