A good read (or listen)

Just finished listening to the audio book version of David Epstein's, "The Sports Gene: Inside the Science of Extraordinary Athletic Performance." I thought it was very good. A well laid out, and very well researched discussion of nature vs nurture, specifically as that discussion has to due with genetic predispositions that may, or may not, make one better suited to do certain physical tasks.

I thought it was worth the money and found it a good listen while on long trips. The audio book version I bought was about 10 hours long I think.
