My lifting shoes came in last night and the fit is right, now in a few mins I will see how they squat. 340lbs hereI come. If they are everything I hope they are, then no more squatting in cowboy boots!! YIPEE!

Oh and the high today is going to be 103 and the rest of the week 106!! Gotta love Texas heat in the summer.
