Danny's Log

Hey everybody, this is my first time on crossfit, and I just started two days ago. I have a wrestling background but haven't competed since freshman year, about three years ago.
July 3rd:
Pullups
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 2. First 21 were to chest, last nine to chin.

pullups were no kip to chin

pretty sloppy form until the last set, where i started getting the hang of it
