I agree with Scott.

Anyway, I crashed on the workout too, way worse then you did. I wasn't eating enough. I was/am cleaning up my diet and I wasn't eating enough and that was the workout I died on.

Get back to it E-man. We have a year to get ready.

I agree mate!! Definitely the most slacking I have done in a long time and don't plan on doing it again!!! I'm doing the 400 meter run/ 7 muscle up amrap today. I'll probably start my front squat and deadlift strength program next week.

I agree nik, definitely gotta get the diet on track. I've been eating pretty crappy for like 2 weeks and I'm back on track today. Gosh what difference the diet makes.

Man ain't it so. I try to eat right. and lately I was cutting not so good food(cheese0 for better fats and I just wasn't eating enough and it crashed me big time. Brady took over a week off and during that week ate crap, he started back yesterday and his diet has him feeling crappy.

5-17-11

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
7 Muscle-ups
Total: 7 rounds

Pretty proud of my performance today. These runs became real tough after getting real breathy during the muscle ups. I got the first round of muscle ups unbroken. Then I got 4 or 5 unbroken in the rest of the rounds. I took some real lung pain the last run. I knew that was the only way I would have a chance to be able to have enough time to complete the last round of muscle ups!

Thanks fellas trying to get back on the grind. I want my work capacity to be both of your levels for next year!!!

A couple of friends of mine are trying to convince me to participate in a sprint triathlon. .25 mile swim, 13 mile bike ride, 5k run. Its in July, I may just do it and prove to them how good crossfitters are at anything!

Go for it Ernie, I am not a big fan of many endurance events but that one sounds great as its not too much of everything, short and hard on all 3 things.

Great Score on the workout Ernie, I did the same thing on the last run. I looked at the timer and knew if I legged it I had time for atleast some MUs.

On the tri, I say do it. It will be fun if nothing else.
