Total= 91 reps

Freaking forearms took a nasty beating. Hope to get over 100 reps with the regular weight

I don't know if I'll be practicing wod 6 again. My hands are sore today after yesterday. I might tear some callous if I practice it again.

I'm worried about the same thing. Also my left wrist is sore now. Got to be ready E-man.

Yeah I don't want to go into the real thing with popped callouses. I think I'll just hit the 2k row today and take some quad pain.

Thats a great score with 115lb Ernie, you got at least another 20 reps in you with the lower weight and your probably right to leave it alone now until you hit it for real, myself callouses are not an issue so one more go for me.

Time: 7:34 pr by 11 secs!!

Oooooffff was that painful on the quads!! I couldn't even bend them as I got Off the rower!! The last 200 meters almost made me cry!

I'm giving 11.6 another shot with 115lbs today. I found out I'll be hitting the real thing on Saturday. So I'll have plenty of time to recover after today.

Why dont you try it with 100lb, sometimes muscle memory on the exact weight can help, it will also give you a good idea of exactly when you need to stop gaming and push on at the end.
