No I didn't do any training over the weekend. I was out of town helping my sister move. I'll try and double up today. I'll need a magnifying glass to find you in the picture lol

4-11-11
Decided to change it up a bit and take some pain from the rower
Row 1600 meters
Rest 3 minutes
Row 1200 meters
Rest 2 minutes
Row 800 meters
Rest 1 minute
Row 400 meters

1600 meters = 6:06
1200 meters= 4:44
800 meters= 3:03
400 meters= 1:29
quads= death

Then while grilling some pork chops
Shoulder press
2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2
Rest 60 secs between sets
All sets done with 145lbs

That rowing destroyed my quads lol!! I did the rowing instead of running in order to save my calves. Didn't want them to be sore for the games wod.
The shoulder presses got really tough after the 6th set!!

Good work with the rows and a good choice, you need the calve to rest and the quads to gain some more stamina.

I just so happened to do this wod before finding out what wod 4 was.
21-15-9
Deadlifts 225lbs
Ohs 135lbs
Time: 15:03
Those ohs were tough *** ****!!!!

Most of the wod was spent on the ohs. The most I strong all gym ether was 8. I definitely did not want to put the bar down because it meant I would have to power snatch it back up!!! Those things drained my energy pretty bad.

Best time to do it, you have time to convert that into progress before hitting the WOD for real. Reckon you will do well on this one with your burpee's.

Yeah I hope to get the burpees done in about 3:30-4:00 minutes. But I'm really dreading the ohs, I just haven't master how to do them fast. The slower I go the more tired my shoulders will get. I hope to get more than 10 reps in a row on the ohs lol.

What do you think of this wod mate? You like or dislike?

There's nothing in this WOD that I dislike, muscle ups and OHS I am happy with, I think the burpees will take a lot longer than normal ones and probably by the end the turning jump will turn into a step around. Got to say its all about getting the 1st round done then just going at the burpees like you have zero pain threshold, just keep going until that buzzer sounds.
