Games wod 11.3 Amrap in 5 minutes 165lb squat clean 165lb jerk Total: 25 rounds, 1 squat clean( couldn't stabilize the jerk overhead when time ran out!) Dammit almost met the goal of 26 rounds guys!!! I took a couple of steps with the weight overhead when time ran out!! I had it locked out but was still movin so my judge didn't count it. My strategy was on point at the beginning!! I got 5 reps touch and go with the clean and thruster. Then went to a time unil rep 11. I got 9 reps in the first minute. Then went singles after rep 11. I was on a good pace until the quads were burning by rep 16!!! Wow were they and my glutes on fire!!! Jessie said I could have gotten about 30 reps if I hadn't stared at the bar so long towards the end. I did it at my friends gym by myself, all the other guys I normally do I against said they were too sore to do it today. Bunch of pansies lol. I'll post a video a little later, gotta let my quads and glutes stop burning first!! Hope I have set you guys a good score to chase!! Try not to beat me by too much!! |

![]() I can't promise anything. ![]() I am letting the fire build in me right now. Rest today, and probably just a good warmup and very light tomorrow. I am going to release myself on this thing Saturday. I want to crush it. |

Thanks mate!!! I'm sure you can beat me since you're use too heavier weight from your front squat training. And you can shoulder press that weight anyways lol. I'm gonna post the video in a bit, lookin back on it I walked away from the bar way too much. STAY INFRONT OF THE BAR gUYs!!
