The humidity here is always tough. It hasn't been that hot because it's been raining a lot here too. But it sucks when it does stop raining because then it feels like a sauna once the sun comes out. |

9-9-10
Fran 21-15-9 Thrusters 95lbs Pullups Time: 4:08 1 sec slower than pr Happy and disappointed at the same time. I'm disappointed because my forearms let me down once again. The thrusters were on point! I got the first round unbroken with the thrusters and pullups. Second of thrusters I put the bar down at 11 cuz forearms felt too uncomfortable. Picked back up after 2 deep breaths. Pullups on secondround were crap! I got them in 6,3,3,2. Got the last rond of thrusters unbroken and pullups 4,3,2. I'm happy that I was only 1 sec away from my pr even though the pullups were broken up so many times. Sorry Nik! Lol |

Nice work Ernie, those thrusters sound much improved. Its weird how thrusters combined with pull ups gets your forearms so much, I experienced the same thing yesterday.
