HI, IM MICHAEL IM 16 YEARS OLD, PLAY FOOTALL AND WRESTLE. VERY STRONG FOR MY AGE. I LOVE CROSSFIT!!!!!!! JUST GOT BACK INTO IT AFTER ABOUT A TWO WEEK BREAK. BOY I GET OUT OF SHAPE FAST HAHA

5:30 Breakfast; 6 EGG WHITES, 1 1/2 CUP BROCCOLI, 4 SECONDS SPRAY OF PAM, 3 CUPS COFFEE
9:00 1 CUP CAULIFLOWER
11:20 1 WHEY PROTEIN SHAKE, 1 CUP CELERY
2:30 3 (4 OZ) GROUND TURKEY STUFFED CABBAGE 1 TBLESPOON ALMOND/FLAX BUTTER
3:15 1/2 CUP EGG BEATERS 3 EGG WHITES
5:00 1/2 CUP BROCCOLI
6:45 3 CUPS COFFEE
7:15 21-15-9 OF; POWER CLEANS @ 135#, KB SWINGS @ 2 POOD
8:30 WILL EAT 6 EGG WHITES AND 2 CUPS BROCCOLI

ANYBODY READING THIS PLEASE TELL ME IF THIS IS A GOOD WEIGT LOSS DIET. TRYING TO GET DOWN TO 155#. I WEIGHT 173# AT ABOUT 9.5% BODYFAT.
