Tgu

Yesterday I was fortunate enough to be able to complete a 100lbs Turkish Get Up. Form was crap but hey it was heavy.

My original goal was to do a Body weight (170lbs)TGU but, my trainer thought that I was crazy. So I bumped it down to 100lbs. Next attempt 120lbs.

Re: Tgu

Nice. 100 lbs is my goal too. Or simply using the Beast.

I'm halfway there at 53 lbs, and I think I can handle more weight than that, but at the moment, my only means of going higher would be with a barbell. I just used 35 on the barbell and that was kinda scary.

Well, you've done it. Hints? Tips? Secrets of the Universe?
