I'm not really sure there'll be much switching between Pride and UFC - Pride is pretty much dead. Most of their employees have left or moved to their pro-wrestling division and they have no future events scheduled as of right now.

And Hendo will be fine with UFC rules -- he debuted many years ago in the UFC! He's fought under all sorts of rules over the years and has always done just fine. :-)
