7:42, almost a 2 minute improvement over the last Fran in March 2006. I paid for it; i met pukie in the bathroom of the "health spa" 5 minutes afterward.

I've been mixing crossfit in with my regular workouts for about the past month. I really want to start putting a lot of focus on the crossfit workouts but I want to keep my regular routines going as well. I finished up a 7 week cycle of olympic lifts about a month ago and I just started to get into kettlebells a little more seriously. I really like the way that crossfit motivates me. I did Fran today in 7 minutes 10 seconds.

Way to go, Andrew! Each Fran leaves me feeling destroyed, seeing Pukie in my peripheral vision, and I have yet to break 10 minutes. Your PR is quite an accomplishment by my reckoning.

Way to go guys! Fiona...What's wrong with the girli weight? Figure out the power to (body)weight ratio, and I bet you're right up there. Love the shirt!

Best,
Kev
