OK so we have the crossfit total as a measure of fitness and improvement. Another good one to take( that I'm sure that many people already do) would be to take an average of all you measured Crossfit North Levels (1-4). Post them on here, check them next January.

Right now... I averaged out to exactly 2.25. I'm ok with that but I'm eager to see if I can get to 3 by next year.

How are you calculating? Total from all skills divided by number of skills? By my math, there are 27 separate skills. Or are you going by category(column 1 from the table)?

Here is my current progress:


hips
2-squats:100 free squats level 2
3-squat: 1 1/2 x bodyweight squat: level 3


push
2-push ups: 30 push ups: level 2(never maxed on the rings, level three unknown)
4-bench press: 1 1/2 x bodyweight level 4.

pull
2-static hang: 1 trip rope climb: 20 foot climb
3-core overhead squat: 1 x bodyweight at 245

work
u-kettlebell swings/snatch/C&J: unknown

speed
u-400 meter run: unknown

hips
2-deadlift: 1 1/2 x bodyweight deadlift, current 440?, 430 on last CFT, 455 trap bar.

push
3-military press: 3/4 x bodyweight, current PR 205 2-handstand hold: 1 minute

pull
3-clean: 1 x bodyweight clean, current PR 285

core
1-knees to chest: 10 sitting, never gotten 15 KTE

work
1-wall ball: 25
u-800 meter run: unknown

speed
3-500 meter row: sub 1:30

hips
u-vertical jump: no idea

push
2-dips: 20 dips
2-dip: 1 with 1/3 x bodyweight, current PR +120

pull
2-pull ups: 20 pull ups
0-pull up: 1 with 1/3 x bodyweight pull up-nope
0-muscle up: nope

core
1-L-sit: 10 seconds

work
1-2000 meter row: only one attempt at a 2k, 7:35. best 5k is 20:45. Not an all out attempt tho.

speed
2-power snatch: 1/2 x bodyweight, current PR 185?

work
0-Christine: not attempted
0-Helen: not sure, can't find time. not sub 11:30 anyway.
Chelsea: no way
Mary: yeah, right, 15 rds in 20 min?
1-1 mile run: 9 minutes, never run an all out mile, not sure if I can break 7 minutes.

I just did the skills individually, not counting ones I haven't tested.

Andy...those are some impressive lifting numbers. Mine aren't even close to that, the only thing saving me is a lvl 4 on the 400M and 800M runs haha
