I'm still working on the 50 for Eugene's B'day last November, (as the elbow tendonitis allows). I hope to have 46 by April 29 and 50 sometime this year.

James,
I had good luck with a product named "Band-it". Had tendonitis for years. Pretty much gone now.
I have a feeling this is going to be a good year and Eugene will be getting more "presents" than he did last year.

Count me in on this.
Numbers for pullups have jumped recently... but that is the hoped for result of training in excess *grin*. I love being able to say it was an easy week of training when I get in a mere 8-10 hrs.

Today Connor had his pull up test at school. He set the Freshman record with 37, second place in his class was 15. Not to be out done Keegan, age 12 piped up. "My teacher wanted to see if anyone could do a pull up on the gravitron without using the assist. I got 40". I asked him what the second place person got....... "3 dad".

Hope Eugene sees this. CrossFit Kids got to love them.

Jeff, I assume the class PT tests were dead hang pullups?

If so, that's awesome.

I'm not sure, but I think they were allowed to Kip. Connor's teacher has asked him to let her know the next time a CrossFit seminar is held at Brand X.
