Wish i could come but with flights from Townsville to Sydney being TOTALLY SOLD OUT that weekend on account of the Cowboys making the Grand final :P i will have to wait another two weeks till i come down for the high school reunion.
Suffer in Sydney 3 october 15th , am i right?

Errr actually the 15th is when i'm on the sports power/OLY coaching course so I can't run it that week. If you are super keen though I might be able to get the other guys to hook up with you for a workout and y'all are free to use my equipment.

Thats ok, it was going to be close making the WO then getting the train to Taree. I will be back in Sydney Monday-Wednesday so i will email you can we can arrrange a time to do a workout this time. I have my days free this time.
