Finished up with stretching and 2 sets of 5 pull-ups and 5 knees to elbows without letting go of the bar. Pretty tired and grip was an issue!

This one was Kyle's invention.

Rowed tabata interval for Watts to 300 beginning at ~ 170. and ran on treadmill @ ~ 6 mph for 15 min for cooldown
Did some shoulder work for rotator cuff w/ 5# DB at the end.

Cindy - 20 rounds complete and 5,10 of 21st.
Pull ups on the red bar, so had to step up/down w/ the 20" box each time - took a bit longer each cycle in transition.

Rope climb to 15' using my feet and legs
1 arm ball slams 20# rounds 1-3
2 arm ball slams 30# rounds 4 and 5
Got through the 20 calories in round 6 right at 20 min.

800's on treadmill 7 mph 1st 2 and 7.3 mph last
Ext broken. Most continuous was 35 I think on 1st set.
All sit ups were broken, most in one push was 35 too on the 1st set I think.

Friday-Sunday - no work outs.
Energy levels low, joint pain both hips and knees.
Shoulder aches - trouble sleeping.
Boy - this sounds depressing!
Sunny today though - Praise!
