Filthy 50 in 40:41 with high knees sub for 2x unders.
last was around 34 min.
Kept it below melt down point and took a lot of rests.
Broke most elements into 10 or 15 each segments.
Burpees were the worst!

I did 2 rounds today of:
12 min of pull-ups and ring dips
30 back extensions
400 m on treadmill @ 6 mph.
Did 15 pu's and 5 dips each time, alternating back and forth, resting a fair amount to recover each time

Used PVC and 10# plate only
Put a tape line perpendicular to the line on the mirror wall as a reference.
Per my daughter Elsa, I am still going forward on the down.
