Went deep on all, tried to concentrate on speed getting to the rack after the shrug, and pulling under.

Row 1500 m @ < 2 min/500 m (ave. around 155)

Then sets of 3 ea @:
185, 205, 225, 245, 265 x 2 3rd F, 245, 245
Had spotters @ 3-7 sets.

135# warm up x 10

Got a tap through the stick point coming out of the hole on the 2nd lift of the next to last set.
235 felt real good
All bottom points were to ball or w/in 1 " per spotter.
Finished w/ 135 # 8 and DL x 5 @ 225
