Alright, I'm a tightly-budgeted college kid.

I'm about 5'7", weigh 130, and am trying to put on healthy muscle mass. What should I be trying to eat? I know high-protein meals and vegetables, but could someone provide a few examples of good ideas?

Eggs. I wished I'd known to eat them in college. Regular ones are like $1 per dozen, organic/free range maybe double that.
