I don't use the bumpers...never drop them. Don't use the rings much or the C2 Rower. I'm pulling a sled and doing hill sprints for most of my conditioning. I'm keeping a pair of 45's for fun. I don't really like the Nexgen bar, doesn't spin that well and just don't feel it's worth $350. Plus I just don't do Oly lifting...just power cleans.

I'm primarily doing S&C training with a Westside base program. I have done 3 crossfit "WOD's" this year and just don't see a need for the stuff I'm selling.

I still have my fat bar, sled, Rogue R3 power rack and platform, 2 KB's, lots of iron weight, a beater bar, dip station, adjustable set of dumbells (IronMaster), and my new home GHR (love it!). Want some chains a solid PL barbell, and maybe a Prowler.

Think I may pick up the B&R bar, just worried about rust in humid North Texas. You still like yours?

I was just going to say, should have bought the B&R bar. Yes i love mine, its the only bar i use right now. Just be diligent to wipe it down with some 3in1 oil after every use and clean the knurling with a wire brush once in awhile and you will be fine on the rust situation. I just sold my nexgen bearing and picked up an Eleiko training bar instead, i like it much better.

Just ordered the B&R bar this morning....should have listened to you the first time.
