Increasing shoulder/forearm/wrist flexibility

Hey all, I'm just wondering if there are any exercises I can do to increase flexibility of the above mentioned joints for working with cleans and other exercises requiring a 'rack position' (I think that's what it's called).

ATM it is very uncomfortable to try and lower the bar onto the anterior deltoid, and I feel a strange pressure in my shoulder, wrist, and elbow. Is this a flexibility issue? I was told to look at 'tall cleans', but the videos given didn't explain much...

i always warm my wrists up by holding the bar in the rack position for 30 seconds wile holding my elbows up as high as possible.then i do 10 hang cleans with just the bar.then i do my full warm up for the work out.my wrists are a lot more flexible after that and way more flexible then when i first started doing cleans.

There are some traditional aikido stretches that I use for forearm and wrist flexibility. They're a little tricky to describe, but there's video at

You want the first three videos, labeled nikyo, kotegaeshi, and sankyo. Shake out your wrists when done.
