Just learned how to kip

I had been doing some of the wods with dead hang pull ups and my times where way high. I did fran and knocked out the pull outs without ever stopping (It was almost too easy).

My first set, which was the day before was 24 and could have done more. I'm thinking that I'd get that 2:1 ratio if I improve my technique. I can do 16 dead hangs so hopefully with practice I'll get 32 next week. I would love to be able to do 26 dead hangs eventually, perhaps this kipping will get me up there.

A lot of people have made great gains in their dead hang numbers by only training kipping pullups.

You may be looking at 50-60 kipping pull-ups before you get there, but it's not impossible.
