Josh Road to Awesomeness

Yesterday First WOD ever!
15 minutes to do as many rounds as possible:
250 M row + 25 push ups

I got 6 rounds +139m

After round three I had to modify push ups by going to my knees, but would only do so after pushing out at least 10 regular push ups for each round.

I wonder if anyone else that made it more rounds had to go to there knees.

Due to Fear of Rhabdo I did not do as Rx'd
So thanks to BrandX I still got a good workout.

5 Rounds for Time:
20 sit ups
5 push jerks

My time was 11:36

I can't wait to see improvements! My body is thankful for the rest day today though.

Rest Day yesterday! A very Much needed day of rest.

Today I am at home so only body wieght workouts. Arms are very sore so my own weight is to much so I used my children.

3 rounds of
25 Gavin and Nick press at 40lbs.
10 Dips

They thought it was fun but man are my triceps sore.
maby one day I will be awesome like others on this site.

So after the weekend and no wieghts at home I have come to realize that I need a home gym.

Tuesday rest day good for me as I was still sore.

Wed
5 rounds for time
400m run
20 burpees
15 50lb bent over rows

Did first three as Rx'd but on the 4th and 5th had to walk the 400m as I am just coming off of injury and could start to feel a need to tone down the running.Total time 28:48
