What's your take on canned tuna?

I like the taste of tuna in oil, and, once I've drained it well, I assume that it's just giving me my fat blocks. (Zone)

Or is there an important reason why I should only do tuna in water, then add some oil??

I have a can a week. I get the Tuna in Olive oil. I think it is Starkist. Never saw it in Olive oil until a few months ago. I drain a little bit of the oil.

Protein and Good fat all in one. Try not to eat too much. Mercury is an issue.

Good to know that I'm "allowed" to stick to oil! I can't get tuna in olive oil everywhere, but there are a few places that have it.

Mike-

I use the exact same kind that Sam is talking about usually twice a week. Pretty tasty stuff. I don't see how the oil could be a problem...I think they use extra virgin olive oil. I get them in Lemon Dill. Tastes pretty good.
