If there is anyone looking for a Crossfit friendly place to train, I've got a garage gym going in the back of my bike shop. Olympic bars, dumbells, plyobox, chinup rack, medincine balls etc. Soon we will have rings and hopefully some kettlebells. There is a place in Brampton, Ontario that makes/sells them so I can pick them up and not pay as much for shipping as the bells themselves.

>. All are welcome. I just want like minded people to train with.
I started it as a place for my cycling club to train and because commercial gyms tended to kick us out. When a group takes over, monopolizes a big chunk of space and trains like a bunch of maniacs they aren't too happy. There is actually a commercial gym in the unit next to us they're not fans of our way of training.
We're not doing it as a commercial venture (maybe someday if I can get down to Santa Cruz and get certified) but as a way to help our customers become better athletes.
On a cool note, our website just got a link on the Crossfit home page. How cool is that? It's really a small world.
