Not forever. My CFT went down drastically simply doing mainpage workouts. Can't have it all, man.

If you've been CrossFitting for 3 years and still can't do most WODs with Rx'd weight, then I doubt that switching to main page only will get you there.

I think MOST CrossFitters would benefit from some additional strength work (in addition to main site WODs). I also think MOST CrossFitters don't properly incorporate strength work and WODs to optimize their simultaneous results in both. I truly believe a program very much like my Conjugate CrossFit article does the trick.

If you enjoy mainsite programming and i take it you're talking about RX'd weight on the barbell, you could try adding in a lift before the mainsite WOD a few times per week?
