That article was like a rap song. You kind of know what the person is talking about, but they never really SAY anything.

Read the article - the person basically did some workouts from old Jack Lalanne videos, 80s Jane Fonda workouts, and more recent Jillian Michaels videos and compared them. It was interesting to see how the "at home" workouts have changed over time.
