4 Year Old is Freaking Me OUT!

Had to share this to the community. I think there is something wrong going on here. Honestly, kinda freaked me out watching it. That being said, it is super impressive.

That's old. He's now 6 and his little brother is 4 and a little firecracker as well. Giuliano and Claudio.

http://www.youtube.com/user/stroeiulian04 pretty much family safe, might get you some weird looks at work

Yes. Talent and genetics can go a long way with practice, especially since most kids aren't really doing anything focused at that age.

Just curious. My daughter was involved in gymnastics from age 3. I've been to many competitions and have never seen a 4 yr old with anything even approaching that sort of development, especially strength-wise.

Looks like he "trains" in his house under the direction of his father, probably at his whim too. That's a lot different than going to the gymnastics center a few days a week for an hour or two, which is probably what most young gymnasts do.

Re: 4 Year Old is Freaking Me OUT!

Exactly, Shane.

Most 3-5yo are in the gym maybe 3-4 hours/week for up to 2hours/2xweek or 1h3xweek or 75mx2 or 90mx2/3 if they are on a developmental program besides just the usual 45m rec classes 2x/week.

There are some gyms in the US that probably have young kids on an elite track but we all know how many hours young kids may be training in the 3rd world countries at a young age. Basically, the answer is way more than in the US.
