Solid set! Maybe next workout you could try 7 pieces in the same time, or maybe 5 pieces bacon and 2 eggs, Amrap 20 minutes.

FINALLY DID A REAL MUSCLE UP!!!
Just one....on the pull up bar...it was hard and kind of hurt my shoulder...now I need rings!
