Anyone subscribed ?

Hey guys,

Is anyone subscribed to the crossfit journals? If so, how do you like it? I would love to hear some inputs from current subscribers regarding the journals. I'm a new online member, and am very interested in starting crossfit myself.

Re: Anyone subscribed ?

I have been for a year, they are invaluable. As an added bonus, if you go to a cert they give you every back issue as well.

Re: Anyone subscribed ?

I didn't know that. But I am a subsriber and they are great reads. I just wish that I had a printer or a way to place them on my blackberry so when I take a bath I could have some reading material.

Re: Anyone subscribed ?

I second and third their statements. I don't know how I spent a year doing CF without subscribing to the Journal. I've only had it for the last 2 months but the information is excellent and expands your knowledge of all sorts of things health and sport related that you'd probably not read anywhere else.

Re: Anyone subscribed ?

If you look at this site and the info you already get quite a bit. I have been getting the journal for 2 years it is even better with more video links and in depth articles which help you understand the program better. I get it, it is worth the fee.

Re: Anyone subscribed ?

I am a huge fan of the crossfit journals. They really help flesh out the material for both solo crossfitters and those going to affiliates.

You can indeed do that - try installing this on your computer and blackberry and you can transfer whatever ebooks and pdfs you like onto the blackberry http://www.mobipocket.com/en/HomePag...sp?Language=EN (WFS).

I'm a subscriber and there is some pretty good info in the journals. I didn't think the most recent issue was great tho...

Re: Anyone subscribed ?

i'm a subscriber and even if the information wasn't useful (which it is) it's still a great way for me to contribute (financially) to crossfit in some little way.
