Hey just wondering how you get your accomplishments posted to the trophy case. Anybody got any info? Just did 19:16.3 (5000m) on my C2 Rower. Thanks

Jim,
It is best to email: lauren@crossfit.com with your accomplishments.

Thanks, I'll make sure your time goes up.

Sweet! Thanks Lauren. I don't know about the time going up anytime soon. I felt like my chest was going to explode! It's funny because a couple of my bodybuilder friends were knocking me for buying a C2 Rower. They claimed it doesn't have any cardio benefits. I want to get them on there and then see what they have to say. One of the best metabolic workouts you can get in my opinion.

I would have to opine that bodybuilders are the last group from which to garner advice on aerobic activity:smile:Dale
