Just tried to get my PB's for the Dead-lift , Back squat, Push Press( 60kg )Thrusters and row 1km - whoa was surprised at my results all done one after the other today

Dead-lift - 80KG x 3
90 x 3
110 x 3
130 x 1 (pb)

Back squat 80KG x 5
90 x 5
110 x 3

Thrusters 60KG x 32 continuously

Rowing- 1Km = 4.02 Mins


I am happy with the results and smoked some of the "bigger" guys at the globo gym - thanks Xfit your the best

well Xfit is paying off in the real world for me - today I loaded 1 tonne of firewood onto a trailer - then unloaded it @ Mums place (15min drive) , chopped it into 2in x 4in blocks , stacked it in less than 65 mins - powered thru that home made W.O.D on a rest day

great day at "The Cell" yesterday - had a 2 &1/2 hr session on squatting - air squats , back squats (low and high bar) and the box squat - very very good break down by the 4 trainers thank you so much Guys - and I popped another 5 kg on my high bar back squat today as well as trying out the Box squats
