Re: Foundations Curriculum

I see that you have been receiving many requests for the info that you are working on. I too would like to add my name to that list if you wouldn't mind sending it to me by email. I am working on a similar presentation to present to the administration of my police department. I'm hoping to create some change within the mindset of the company and also get my two cents worth in the selection of gym equipment for our new PD that we are currently building.

Thanks for your help,

Re: Foundations Curriculum

Just a quick update on my presentation package: I am almost completed, but I have to finish it primarily for the seminar I am conducting this week, and I will likely have it completed for distribution this weekend or early next week, pending Coach's approval (no word yet).

To keep the file size reasonable, I am going to not include the videos in the presentation, but putting links to the videos I used so that you can insert them (if desired) from your own collection, or by downloading them from the CFHQ site (or from the CFJ's video links). As it is, the files are about 6MB's each (I did one presentation for each day of our seminar (2.5 days), but I am also going to create a handout package (for participants), by removing extraneous animation components, etc, so total file size will be ~40MB (I have a lot of good pictures of the CF super-stars, and mere mortals giving their all, for inspiration, and clarification of the moves).

So, best guess is early next week.

Re: Foundations Curriculum

Asside from a very humble request to be included in distribution should Coach give the thumbs up, I would be more than happy to host the file(s) on one of my servers for you if that would make life easier for folks to download it. Bandwidth is a non-issue for me, so if that helps, feel free to ask.
