"Alice"
21-15-9 for time of:
Run 400m
1.5 pood KB swings
Burpee/pull-up combo

I did this one at a park in Alice Springs, NT and it hit me good so in honor of Alice Springs and the hostel I stayed at, Alice's Backpacker Resort I dub it Alice. I don't imagine the 40 degree helped out any but its a solid WOD so give it a try.

Troy: I presume that's 40 degrees Celsius (roughly 105 Farehenheit)?

This one sounds good; hopefully we will see this as a WOD soon.

I'm liking Australia quite a lot.

Yep, 40 degrees Celsius.

Sorry about not getting a hold of you Don but if your invitation is still open, expect to hear from me in a couple months as I am in Adelaide right now, starting to make my way up the east coast.

Hehe, it's ok, anytime you want to drop in for a workout is fine. I'm sure the crew will be able to put something on.
