30 M, 5'5" @ 159
Benched 160, BW pulls 189 reps over the 5 rounds. Rested 3-5 minutes between rounds, with no rest between the bench and pulls. B29, P25 was my best round. I left my workout log at home, but my 189 total seemed a good starting point. |

On CrossFit.com, go to the right sidebar, and do a Google Search searching only CrossFit. For the search, put:
[WOD name], "Post time to comments" Most of the results that come up should be archives of when the WOD was done. Then you just have to check the comments pages. If you don't add "Post time to comments", the results you get are mostly from the message boards. From what I can tell, you're doing pretty **** good. |
