Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

good morning, I'm new to CF-literally 3 weeks!- and I love it. I work for fire dept. so time at work and gym is stuff is no always condusive to full "body building" style. When doing BB style I get bored, stale, really have to convince my self to get in gym. With this, my probationary FF (who gets FULL credit for introducing me to CF) and I count down time until next WOD. we are currently doing WOD on shift days only with running on off days. I will be trying to get to gym, park, etc one more day of week to do 4 WOD's a week. This S**T is great. Like other FF who have posted, we are looking forward to eventually trying "NANCY" WOD with 45lb air pack on and breathing air. We are thinking about doing it in June. will post time with pics when it happens!! Thanks again CF...
