Back Pain?
The other morning I did Fran, it was no big deal.
By late afternoon my back was killing me. The pain is in the muscle, it seems removed from my spine. It honestly feels like I f-ed something up. It feels like if I would move too suddenly I'll get a back spasm. Here's the weird part: I've tweaked my back numerous times over 15 years (what athlete hasn't?)...but what is unusual is that the pain is EQUAL on both sides. I would think if I tweaked something it would be on one side, or the majority on one side. Any ideas? |

Re: Back Pain?
Sounds like perhaps you were rounding and sprained your back? Mine feels similar at the moment putting a hand on a knee to bend over and trying to use "Good" form to tie my shoes. Chiro says it is probably a sprain (kinda over the sacrum) ice and NSAIDS rest it.
