Wounded Dog: similiar to a bear crawl but you keep one leg up high off the ground trailing behind you at all times. So you only have one foot and both hands making contact with the ground. From the back you look like a dog that has an injured hind leg. Switch legs on the return trip.

Drunken Monkey: You have only one hand and both feet making contact with the ground. Your free hand is bouncing/swaying around behind you off to the side. From the back you look like a chimpanzee that had too much to drink. Switch hands on the return trip.

I hate both of those very much but somehow the desire to do those keeps me coming back. Propbably because I know they will force my body to excel beyond my regular level of stamina. Adds a whole new meaning to being a gluten for punishment. :wallbash:

Jeremy,

For the life of me, I cannot find the Medicine Ball Bible at Diablo. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks, David

You can also do the worm...not sure how functional it is, but it is fun and does wind you QUICK! (IF you can do it like a seasoned b-boy).

I prefer above the super slow spiderman walk. Think what spiderman looks while climbing a vertical stuff.
The trick is to do it as a slow as possible, eventually on your fingers only, and then thumb and pinky one at a time per hand. Keep roughly within an inch to the floor, elbow stays very flexed.

Then again 40 foot sprint and bear walk back in 45/15 off was kinda tiring last monday.
