For the wall squats just open your hands up and start sliding the palms up and down the wall. Start facing a wall with your toes 2 inches from the wall shoulder width stance. Open the arms up with the palms facing the wall. Begin to squat down looking straight ahead and lightly let your hands and nose scrape the wall. Eventually your toes should touch the wall. It's a good stretch and it let's you know if you are leaning too far forward.
