I just posted up a rather long review of my first year on Crossfit. I will just post the link here because of its length. Other than some slightly strong language and a painful body piercing photo it is WFS

that's some awesome stuff nick. tabata something else was my first introduction to crossfit as well.

all i remember was wondering why my abs hurt so bad for like 17 days afterwards...

but seriously, that's a totally inspiring story.

Solid work. Your story is very inspirational and a true testament to the efficacy of Crossfit.

Just think what you could've gotten for that $1000 Police concert ----> A CF certification!!! :wallbash:

First, congrats!

Second, nice photo shoot of the CF games! I think it's cool that a normal human like yourself was right in the mix, having a great time with CF's supermen and batgirls. I live in Switzerland, but should I ever get a chance, I'd love to do something like that.
