Unfortunately for me my real player is out of date and being computer illiterate I have no idea how to fix it. Anyway since I cant download the video I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the heck wall ball is!
Thanks,
John

Take a medicine ball (15 - 25 pounds, if you can find one).

Hold the ball in a "chest pass" position facing a solid wall.

Squat, then stand up vigorously and pass the ball up and forward (against the wall) to a spot about 2 - 4 feet over your head.

Let the ball hit the wall, then catch it as it comes down and drop into the squat again. (Works a little better if the medicine ball is one of those newer "rubber" ones . . . the leather ones tend to hit the wall and drop straight down.)

Repeat continuously.

Alternative: Thrusters with low weights.

I have another question related to wall ball, too: What weight medicine ball should we be using?

John--to briefly answer your question: Wall ball is simply throwing a medicine ball up 9-10 ft in the air, bouncing it off of some surface (like a wall ;-)), catching it, and going into a deep front squat. Then, from the bottom of the squat you basically perform a medicine-ball thruster (a thruster, if you don't already know, is going from a deep front squat and finishing at a push-presh position with the bar, dumbell, or medicine ball overhead)--but instead of finishing w/ the medicine ball overhead you drive upward and throw the ball back up at the wall. Then you repeat. 29 more times.
