Anger mgmt wod

Traffic put me in such a mood this morning I'm going to do Grace with a burpee between each rep at lunch. That ought to cool my jets. Any other ideas for a wod designed to take the fight out of you?

Anything with ball slams. I also do clapping pull ups when angry.

Clapping when I'm angry usually cheers me up too.

I think Sarah and I are in firm agreement here as well. Death by ball slams last night took all the fight out of me.

ABSOLUTELY! Funny that this thread just popped up. A few days ago I wrote in my log that "Death by ball slams" was my new "Angry WOD"

Re: Anger mgmt wod

After a really frustrating day at work this one really removed any negative thoughts...... and lunch.

3 Rounds

Deadlift 140kg x 5
Run 400m with 25kg sandbag.

By the last round I was trying to breath through my ears

Although the fact that the last 200m on each lap was uphill may have added to the agony.
